How to make 비빔국수(Bibim Guksu: Spicy Noodle)








One day I posed about 비빔국수(Click here if you want to read). 비빔국수 is one of summer season foods in Korea.







And me, I pretty like 비빔국수, so I usually cook this dish at home. So, today I'm here to let you know the recipe, and enjoy together!


















Let's start then! :)

















Firstly, fry onion






and fry courgette.








Ta-da! Like this. 
Okay, so we just finished 1/3!

















Prepare noodle. 
p.s: When it comes to 국수, We use 소면(somyeon: thin noodles).





boil water and add noodle. 








When it's done,







Wash it with cold water!
COLD water!














Strain the noodle and make it prepared to season!





Add 간장(Ganjang, Soy sauce)





add a bit of 참기름(sesame oil)




Add 고추장 (Gochujang: red pepper paste)



add 깨 (sesame)



and add 매실액(plumliquid) and mix it!




Put fried onion and fried courgette into the bowl and mix them together




Add something more if it's necessary.
I added 고추장 more because I wanted it spicier.




























Hooraaaay! It's done.
Only one you need to do is..
