Birthday

This weekend, I celebrated my birthday! Unfortunately I had been ill since 2days ago before my birthday, but fortunately I could be alright on my B-day. :)







Anyway, to talk about birthday, there are dishes people eat on their birthday. Most of people eat out and enjoy special dishes on the day I think. But in my case, I usually have breakfast with special dishes at home and eat out as dinner.









Of course, I had birthday dishes on this birthday.

Firstly,  We eat 미역국(miyeokguk: seaweed soup) on our birthday, and with plain white rice.

And this is another dish : 잡채(Japchae).

This dish means longevity. :)

And then.. 

If you ask me what I did in the afternoon...

I just went to the SPANISH restaurant! It's the first time for me to eat Spanish dishes.

 He ido un restaurante de español con mi madre este miércoles. He comido "mesa de pintxos" y "paella marinera", ye bebido la sangría de vino tinto" =)

Here's the bread before the meal.

It was really nice. It looked like water drop though. haha

Appetizer. Even though I don't know name of it, it was really great to eat this with the water drop bread. It's made with chicken though.

I heard about it A LOT, but it was first time to try it, and I REALLY LOVED IT! 

Yeah, I'm going to make it by myself.. -.-;;

Mesa de pintxos

I really loved this one. Most things were delicious, even the bread with purple cream.

For me it was the best dish among the dishes I ate.

It's what I was looking forward the most. JAMON!

My Spanish teacher recommended me jamon several times, and I found a lots of people love this. BUT. What's wrong with me? 

I'm not going to blame or complain this, but yeah. It was below my expectation. :( What's wrong? :<

Paella marinera

I haven't tasted this flavor, but it was such a nice dish. Even it was made with rice! :)

Even the seafoods were fresh! :3

I didn't forget to get a cake.

I'm damn 22 years old already!!! :o

To talk about my age, I am 22 years old in Korean age, and I turned 21 years old in international age.

When I was young, I was always looking forward to my birthday, but now days I don't wait for it because I'm afraid of old age!!!

p.s: It was such a nice birthday, but not happy much since a horrible accident happened in Korea. 

I really pray for everyone and safely come back.
