How to make 김치볶음밥 (Kimchi fried rice)

One of question I've asked the most is.. "What's your favorite Korean food?" You may think it's an easy question to answer, but it's rather difficult question for me. Even though I can't choose one, one of Korean food I like is 김치볶음밥(Kimchi fried rice).

Some of you may wonder about it, and ask me like.. "What's that? D:"

Ta-da! This is 김치볶음밥.
Since I can't express the taste, I'm going to share the recipe.

Here we go!

Here are ingredients. Kimchi, onion, ham and rice!
Chop the ingredients except rice.

Firstly, add oil. Don't add too much because onion must absorb oil, and it will make you add more oil.

Then, add onion, and fry it.

When onion is almost cooked, add ham and fry it again.

And, add kimchi.
While fry ham and kimchi, add oil more if you think it's needed.

When all ingredients seem cooked,

Add rice. You may doubt whether it's rice, but it is!
It's just multigrain rice, so that's why it's not white rice.
If you think you want to make it saltier or spicier, add Kimchi liquid instead of salt or something spicy.

Finally it's done. You are obviously ready to enjoy your 김치볶음밥!

p.s: According to your liking, you can enjoy it with fried egg. :)
