인사동 - Insadong

Last time, I posted about bookstore and little bit about 광화문(Kwanghwamun). About 15 minutes away, there is an interesting place, 인사동(Insadong).
Many foreigner tourist visit here because there are many Korean traditional stuff in 인사동. On my way to academy, I dropped by 인사동, and took some pictures to post.

Here is the entrance of 인사동. Let's look around. ;)

Fortunately it wasn't crowded as usual probably because it was cold.

There are many Korean traditional stuff store on this street like this.

You can find Korean traditional things like pocket, pencil case, mask, bookmark, keychain, chopsticks, etc.

There are a lots of things, so you should drop by here if you are interested in.

You can see kind of Korean traditional pocket and pencil case in this picture.

In 인사동, there is 쌈지길(Ssamzigil), and there is not only traditional stuff like stamp, but also somethings like clothes, or accessory. You can find some interesting foods in here.

Instead, there are many allies, so you can find Korean traditional food restaurants while walking 인사동.

This is what I ate. 제육볶음(jeyuk bokkeum: stir-fried spicy pork) with 된장찌개(doenjang jjigae: Soybean Paste Stew) and kind of 비빔밥(Bibimbab).

Beside these things, you can find street foods, Korean traditional clothes, and art works in 인사동. 

If you have an opportunity to visit 광화문, It would be nice to drop by 인사동. :D
